About Our Team:The Digital Software Engineering space is home to deeply talented colleagues that work to design, build and test customer products and platforms end-to-end. They not only scale and mature solutions to acquire and grow our customer base, but they also support platforms and frameworks, champion engineering excellence and enhance the customer digital experience around partnerships, servicing, lending, marketing rewards, and offers and payments. As an Engineering Manager of Digital Payments, you will be working within the Digital Payments team, who enable self-service of key money movement features like Wires, Zelle, Bill Payment, Inter Institutional transfers, Realtime payments etc. for our customers. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Digital Payments and will be managing a team of engineers who work on Web and mobile technologies. The team members will consist of both employees and consultants located in the US and India. You will be working closely with the Product owners, UX/designer and production support teams on a daily basis to deliver key road map items. Your focus area will be on Internal institution transfers/ linked account transfers supporting our Retail, Lending and Wealth businesses.Responsibilities:Demonstrate the ability to attract senior talent and multiple functions from inside and outside of company. Teach others how to set high organizational performance standards, determine performance measures and goals and establish a leadership bar. This will require the ability to facilitate understanding of broader organizational tenets and strategic goals for department

10+ years of relevant experience in Software Engineering, with a focus on digital payments, product line management, and e-commerce/transactional systems, and/or strategic planning.
