Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Entry-Level or Associate Fabrication Specialists to support the Assembly Team in Salt Lake City on Multiple Shifts (1st shift hours: 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM or 2nd shift hours: 3:30 PM – 12 AM). In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal structure components with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of blueprints and production orders and the ability to operate various hand and power tools. Education

Experience with managing or working to safety, quality, and manufacturing performance dataExperience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools)

Experience

1+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ months experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
