What You'll DoIn this role, you will be a Program Manager (PM) that orchestrates Supply Chain Operations (SCO) sub-functions to meet regulatory compliance and related needs, and advance Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. You will work directly with the business, solutions, IT teams and their respective leadership teams to deliver the program. No matter how you look at it, Cisco is an outstanding place to grow your career and make a difference.Key responsibilities include:Regulatory Strategy and RoadmapAdapts and updates the strategy and roadmap for meeting and maintaining compliance with Trade, ESG and Government procurement regulations impacting supply chain.Leads and holds sub-functions accountable to closing compliance gaps identified.Directly program handles sophisticated regulations spanning multiple supply chain teams.Launches and implements new regulatory compliance mechanisms as needed.Works with Government Affairs, Trade Compliance, and Legal to monitor and update gap assessments.
