This role involves comprehensive oversight of the entire lifecycle of EAM projects, encompassing initial planning, requirement analysis, implementation, monitoring, and successful delivery. The Facilities EAM Project Manager is accountable for the overall management of diverse projects, ensuring the successful fulfillment of customer expectations within stipulated timelines and budget constraints. Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelors with five to seven (5-7) years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a wide variety of acceptable fields; work experience and knowledge about information technology projects is required; a broad background in business management concepts is required.
Experience
Experience with standard computer productivity tools, and with project management tools is required.This position requires excellent leadership, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. These include facilitation, conflict management, change management, negotiation, and team building.
