Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Flight Simulation Labs Software Senior Manager to join the Air Dominance Software leadership team located in Berkeley, MO . This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.The Flight Simulation team is seeking an Senior Level manager to lead the software development efforts for approximately 150 software engineers across 11 first line managers. This position will report to the Air Dominance Software Senior Director and be responsible for software execution across Flight Simulation Labs. In addition, the manager will be responsible for driving software and tool strategies across the team and driving collaboration and commonality among the software engineers and the rest of the Flight Simulation Labs organization. A successful candidate will collaborate with the Software Enterprise to embrace software best practices, standards, and initiatives which position the flight simulation team for efficient, effective, and high-quality execution.
