The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.   Position SummaryGrants Administrator needed to manage compliance-related tasks for pre/post award for submissions in the Department of Psychiatry. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with faculty and staff to oversee compliance-related tasks associated with pre- and post-award grant submissions and management.Work closely with administration, faculty, and staff to coordinate internal proposal requirements, establish timelines, and monitor the overall progress of grant submissions.Serve as primary departmental eCERT coordinator for the Department of Psychiatry for effort reporting purposes.Maintain and update other support documents, biosketches and other grant proposal submission materials.Assist in departmental RASCAL review by providing salary and TPE language confirmation.Review of RFA's and sponsor terms and conditions for submitting, accepting and administering grant awards.Review and process incoming awards and modifications to ensure accuracy of grant setup in the post-award stage.Perform ongoing financial review and reconciliation of sponsored projects by investigating and resolving any expense discrepancies or questions leading to expense validation and/or close-out procedures.Maintain and update PIN reports for the department.Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.

Strong attention to detail and ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion and prioritize workload and make informed, independent decisions.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training, and experience, plus three years of related experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Excel.
