Growing together.As a Healthcare Representative, you will interview and advocate for patients and their families to obtain maximum benefit coverage in a hospital or healthcare setting.This position is full-time. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Our office is located at Ocean Springs Hospital, 3109 Bienville Blvd, Ocean Springs, MS, 39564.We offer 4 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Training will be conducted on - site.

Experience
1+ years of Customer Service experience within a hospital OR healthcare environmentExperience with using Microsoft Office productsPrevious experience communicating with patients & staff with various educational & socio - economic backgroundsAbility to travel up to 10% of the time (Domestic) between local healthcare facilities
