Job Description
The Regional IT Technician works with the Regional IT Manager and association staff to update and maintain association technology inventory in each association. This includes assisting with the collection and transmitting necessary/required information for new devices, bitlocker keys, equipment, etc. and reporting/transmitting changes to association equipment to Regional IT Manager.The Regional IT Technician will work with the Regional IT Manager to manage, update, and replace servers, laptops, and workstations in the HVSBN. This will include working with both Active directory and Microsoft Azure. The servers will be a combination of both physical servers in our offices as well as virtual servers. The Regional IT Technician will be expected to assist with managing the servers, network shares and network printers.The HVSBN has a ticketing system in place for IT support staff to receive tickets for technology issues. The Regional IT Technician will be responsible for responding to those tickets alongside the Regional IT Manager. The position will also require fulfilment of other duties as assigned by the Regional IT Manager or Regional Lead ED.
