Inspectors in this position coordinate, lead, assign work, instruct and work with inspectors using magnetic particle and penetrant processes to accept or reject aerospace, assemblies, detail parts, and ground support based on results of test, specifications and/or drawings. Position Responsibilities:Coordinate, lead, instruct and work with inspectors using magnetic particle and penetrant processes to accept or reject aerospace, assemblies, detail parts, and tooling based on results of test, specifications and/or drawings.Analyze area inspection requirements and perform planned operations.Verify working documents (e.g., manufacturing order, applicable drawings, Boeing (BAC) specifications, nonconformance items) are complete, accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
5+ years certified Level 2 Magnetic Particle and/or Penetrant inspection.3+ years experience in Lean manufacturing.
Experience
1+ years of experience working with hazardous materials.1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)
