IT, Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

Yale is seeking a dynamic, seasoned IT Business Systems Analyst 3 to serve on the Health Sciences IT (HSIT) team. Reporting to the Director of Software Solutions and Engineering, and in partnership with the Application Services team, the candidate will meet with key stakeholders to collect, collate, and analyze requirements, manage project timelines, coordinate project activities, and create high-quality business requirements documentation for custom application development and vendor software implementation. The IT Business Systems Analyst 3 will also be responsible for ensuring project deliverables meet business needs, are on schedule, and within budget.Principal Responsibilities:Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for custom application development and vendor software implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational goals.

Education

Conduct meetings to elicit requirements and provide project updates.Present to senior leadership and other groups during all phases of a project.Document and deliver concise analysis obtained during requirements gathering, allowing business owners to make informed decisions regarding options for problem resolution.
