Responsibilities + Skills
Minimum two (2) years experience with information technology, instructional technology and/or telecommunications support, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent communications skills and strong customer service orientation.Have strong time management and prioritization skills.Has the ability to translate technical requirements into training materials for non-technical recipients.
