Job Description
The College of Global Futures (CGF) is seeking a Recruitment & Outreach Management Intern, dedicated to providing information and presentations about the college's undergraduate programs to prospective students, parents, high school and community college instructors, guidance counselors, and other interested partners. This position will help others learn more about the college's programs, pathways to enroll, and assist with admitted students transition to having a successful start in the program. They will also support existing recruitment strategies and help build new ones to increase our reach, resulting in enrollment growth. The colleges home campus is the Tempe campus, but there are programs at the Tempe, Polytechnic, and Online campuses. The availability and means to travel locally throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area is required. Mileage reimbursement and the cost of transportation will be provided while completing authorized work for these positions. Essential Duties:Creates and delivers effective and engaging presentations in person and virtually to prospective students, parents, high school and community college instructors, guidance counselors, and other interested partners.Travels to and presents information about programs at recruitment fairs, camps, high school and community college classrooms, and other recruitment events and opportunities.Plans and coordinates recruitment programs and events, campus tours, and presentations with high impact on the program, including coordinating logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.Assists with and implements strategies for the recruitment of undergraduate students in line with the college's recruitment plan and goals.Builds and maintains strong working relationships with college and school leadership and team members, faculty members, community partners, businesses, community colleges, high schools, and organizations identified in the recruitment plan.
