Job Description
As a Manager of Process Management on the Enterprise Payments Product Automated Clearing House (ACH) Team, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence in payments. You will serve as the subject matter expert for Enterprise Payments ACH Modernization program needs and provide product owner support for our legacy ACH application. This role is also involved in furthering relationships with partners by way of process improvements, automation, providing ACH subject matter expertise, and facilitating new initiatives and projects through post-implementation. We are seeking dedicated, disciplined professionals who excel in a team environment and are experts in the ACH payments process and systems. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in delivering flawless execution.
