Job Description

The Organoid and Cell Culture Core is seeking an individual to help with day to day operations, including routine 2D and 3D cell culture, sample procurement and processing, data generation and analysis, and maintenance of electronic inventory. This staff member will be primarily responsible for fulfilling basic service requests such as mycoplasma testing, conditioned medium preparation, and shipping. ResponsibilitiesDuties will include, but are not limited to the following:Routine organoid and cell culture, including cataloguing, annotation and quality control.Routine mycoplasma testing.Prepare and restock critical reagents and supplies.Documentation of both routine and experimental protocols as well as daily activities.Prepare reports and communicate results and progress with supervisors.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.
