The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.   Position SummaryThe Department of Surgery is looking for Short Term Casual (Non-Student). Incumbent will perform multiple assignments under direct supervision. ResponsibilitiesIndividual will prepare check requestHandle human specimensOrder and maintain laboratory supplies.Review study budgetsRecord data related to task or studies.Compile documentation required to issue checks and perform other related duties as necessary to the functioning of the laboratory. 

Responsibilities + Skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracyExcellent attention to detail and proactive follow-through of assigned projectsThorough knowledge of MS Excel

Education

High School graduate or equivalency certificate, technical training or equivalency, and some related laboratory experience, usually six months.
