Above all, employees will be provided the opportunity to seek, speak, and listen within the organization. Position Responsibilities:Supports preparation, development, and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirementsAssists with the development of program plans, and schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements, and resulting schedulesSupports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners of moderate complexityIdentifies and reports performance variancesDevelops the Integrated Master Production Plan, and schedules and supports change incorporation plans related to Integrated Scheduling productsParticipates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline
