Job Overview:We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services meets the highest standards.Duties:- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures- Conduct tests to identify software defects and document all issues- Collaborate with product management and software development teams to ensure consistent project execution- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results- Evaluate product code according to specifications- Report bugs and errors to development teams- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
Responsibilities + Skills
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development principles- Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- Proven work experience in software quality assurance- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes- Experience with automated testing tools is a plus
