Tight knit team covering all quality operations for Luxtera product manufacturing in Carlsbad CA as well as internationally in Thailand and Taiwan and other partner locations. Encouraging proactive engagement with all Luxtera cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality production and rapid customer support.Your ImpactInspect incoming materials, in-process, and final products.Read prints and drawings to determine critical measurements.Understand procedures and apply accept/reject criteria to the inspection results.Identify and document defects or deviations from specifications.Prepare inspection reports and communicate findings to relevant teams.Maintain detailed records of inspection results and findings.Generate NCMR for nonconforming material including reporting, tracking and communicating to relevant teams.Take particle counts in Cleanroom and other areas.Work with production, engineering and management to communicate issues that arise during inspection.
