This position requires to work onsite 100% Export Control:The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Position Summary:Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Performs auditing, surveillance, and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies. Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance. Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification. Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action.Under limited supervision, inspects incoming parts/material, outgoing orders verify that certification is correct, checks parts for processing, check special orders, daily use of micrometers, gauge controls, calipers, indicators, etc. Provides mentorship throughout the Inspection team. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Conducts dimensional inspections per design record and documented AQL levels; Conducts visual inspections for obvious defects.Review and disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per AS9100 and Company Quality standards; communicate with vendor as needed. Disposition and control of on-conforming product.

Education
Required to pass documented color and near vision exam.Knowledge of AS9100 requirementsExperience in the usage of calipers, ring/pin gages, comparator, and Smart scopeProficient PC skills and use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)
