Find your future with us.The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Customer Quality Support Representative to join the KC-46 Tanker program located in Everett, WA. The Customer Quality Support role is a customer interface focal who is essential for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements set forth by organizations such as the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and the United States Air Force (USAF). By performing inspections on Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) products on behalf of DCMA/USAF, the role helps to verify that products meet the necessary quality and safety standards. By conducting thorough inspections and supporting DCMA process evaluations, the Customer Quality Support role helps to identify and mitigate potential risks early in the production process. The Customer Quality Support role plays a critical function in ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, enhancing customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining Boeing's reputation for quality and reliability. This position supports multiple shift operation facility, and the selected candidate may be required to work either 1st or 2nd shift depending on the business needs.
