Job Description

The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is actively seeking a cause-driven leader to join the School Aged Services team as a Senior Administrative Assistant. The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, established in 1885, consists of 16 branches and 2 destination camps and employs over 2,000 staff - all dedicated to building healthy, confident, connected, and secure children, adults, families, and communities. We are one of the largest YMCAs in North America and serve over 200,000 people annually through programs and events. Reporting to the Vice President of Childcare and with workspace in Coppell, TX, this position will perform administrative work associated with our Childcare branch and provide direct support to both the VP and Executive Director of Childcare. An ideal candidate has a vibrant personality and can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Able to show critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and discretion. Able to display professional communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

State licensing paperwork for permits, licenses, capacity increases and more.Background Paperwork and training compliance for new/current employees and volunteers.Maintain databases for site licenses, Director certifications, fingerprint, inspections and more.
