Position Responsibilities:Utilize general knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety proceduresConstruct commercial office space by providing overall O&M capabilities, with limited supervisionBasic framing/ drywall installation and finishingSuspended ceiling installation/repairsCarpet removal and installation including cove baseRepair and maintain plant and office facilities equipment and demonstrates advanced skill level in these areas

Education
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+5 years' related work, Bachelor+2 years' related work, etc.).
Experience
5+ years of construction experienceCapable of lifting, pushing and pulling up to 35lbs
