Find your future with us.We are looking for a Senior Program Management Team Lead for our Research, Development & Innovation (RD&I) / Ariba Solutions Delivery (ABSD) combined Team. As part of our Center of Expertise (COE), you will facilitate the implementation of new functionalities and sustaining existing technologies in the source-to-pay (S2P) environment.Our team’s mission is to improve the procurement experience for our stakeholders, suppliers, business partners and our team . You will have the opportunity to take what we have today and evolve it with other teams across the COE. You will also partner with other functional stakeholders across Boeing including IT, architecture, finance, supplier management, engineering, etc .This is your opportunity to help shape the technology and industry tools we use, how we teach/develop/train talent, and the governance and processes that help inculcate common objectives.How You Make an ImpactAs a Senior Program Management Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our transformation journey and our ability to deliver to our roadmap and priorities. You will spearhead discovery workshops, cross-functional and project performance meetings, help set context, goals, and integration across a number of project leaders and own implementations for the S2P roadmap.This is a unique opportunity for you to lead, partner, and mentor at multiple levels.
