The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.   Position SummaryReporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for prioritizing work in line with the CFO’s and ICAP’s business needs. The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will manage internal and external communications on the status and outcomes of initiatives, projects, priorities and assigned deliverables. The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for coordinating ICAP and stakeholder support while managing implementation, delivery, assessment, and monitoring of assigned initiatives, functions, projects and tasks. This is an opportunity for a highly strategic, organized individual with exceptional professional judgment and communication skills to be a part of creating organization-wide and systems-level change. The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will support all functions within the ICAP Finance Unit.
