Job Description
Job Summary:The Senior Operations Specialist is a member of the Trust Administration team and supports financial advisors and asset managers on our advisory and trust platforms. The primary focus is on new account setups including individual retirement accounts (IRAs), individual and joint personal custody (brokerage style) accounts, institutional accounts, and other trust account types. Duties/Responsibilities:Perform back-office functions on our proprietary trust platform software (TNS)Review and establish new accounts in accordance with policies and proceduresPerform timely and accurate account maintenance based on advisor or customer directionRespond to client requests promptly and accuratelyRespond to audit requests promptlyOversee the statement production processOversee other mailings as neededAssist the Relationship Management team with client on-boarding during transitionsEnsure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations.Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.Review and update procedures for all tasks performed on a regular basisWork collaboratively with Treasury Management, Transfers, Finance/Billing, Compliance, Fund Services, and other internal teams as neededPerform other duties as assigned
