As a part of this transformative effort, those in the coordinator position play a pivotal role in the oversight of administrative and operational workflows. These positions report centrally to an Administrative Manager, through the TA Operations team.TA Coordinators plan and manage recruitment administration, including data entry and management, interview scheduling and new hire processing. Individuals in this role work closely with TA Partners, TA Sourcing Specialists, Hiring Managers and Candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience and seamless transition to onboarding.This is a 1-year fixed duration role that is hybrid (partial remote and partial in-office).
