The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.   Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. In this dual role, the successful candidate will manage the coordination of leave requests for employees and CUIMC short-term visitor processing within the Department of Medicine while providing administrative support to the Senior Director for HR/FA & Operations. This position requires a proactive and adaptable professional who can handle a fast-paced environment with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy. ResponsibilitiesServe as the central point of contact for employees seeking leave of absence within the department, providing guidance on eligibility, documentation requirements, and processes.Collaborate with central HR and departmental managers to ensure compliance with related regulations and university policies.Manage leave paperwork and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with legal requirements.Facilitate communication between employees, supervisors, and central HR to ensure a smooth transition during leave and return to work.Maintain and organize files, records, and documents to facilitate easy retrieval of information.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and handle leave-related matters with discretion and professionalism.
