Job Description: Fidelity is looking for an expert agile coach to join our coaching team focused on driving business agility. Together, we are helping to guide predictable, sustainable delivery by coaching and facilitating agility of high performing, adaptable teams of teams and leaders at all levels of the organization.The RoleYou will work with multiple squads, engaging with Senior Leaders, Product Area Leaders, Chapter Leaders, Squad Leaders and Scrum Masters to help build and reinforce a continuous improvement and Lean principles in the day-to-day work. Examples include: ensuring multi-functional collaboration; ensuring key partners are engaging as needed (e.g., Squad Leader with Chapter Leader); establishing the MVP mindset and approach; guiding the establishment of ongoing improvement or Kaizen method; checking that backlogs are being prioritized using value-focused critical metrics as criteria, etc.
