Assistant Director, Compliance (Indianapolis)

Job Description

The Assistant Director for Compliance will maintain responsibility for financial aid compliance with focused responsibility for online programs, professional programs, multiple campus location programs, semester and session aid awarding, in addition to our standard term Purdue West Lafayette aid processing. They will also assist with annual audit and assist Assistant Directors in manual development and creation and maintains yearly update calendar for compliance. This role will provide policy and procedure updates relative to programs and maintain appropriate documentation for all tasks. Provides support for Athletic GIA processes and packaging processes. Serves as a member of the management team within the Division of Financial Aid for daily operations.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Bachelors Degree.

Experience

Six years of experience in an administrative setting.Interpersonal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively orally and through email with a diverse group of students, parents, and colleagues.
