The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, leveraging their expertise to analyze, define, and document requirements plus write technical specifications for complex projects. As a Business Analyst IT Sr, the candidate will have a strong understanding of both business processes and technical systems, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A solid understanding of technical concepts, such as software development methodologies, databases, and systems architecture is required.
