Job Description
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with FSE stakeholders including development teams, marketing, undergraduate and graduate program directors, faculty and administrators to contribute to the experiential learning and overall career readiness of our graduates. This position also develops and maintains strong relationships with employer partners seeking FSE students through structured recruiting activities. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute their workforce expertise to various university initiatives, statewide economic development efforts and corporate engagement activities.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND eight (8) years of related administrative experience, which includes five (5) years of supervisory experience; OR, Twelve (12) years of related administrative experience, which includes five (5) years of supervisory experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Strategic planning/visioning aptitudeEvidence of effective communication skills.Experience in budget and resource managementExperience working with STEM populations in an educational settingDemonstrated knowledge of the growing role technology plays in delivery of career services
