Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the CIO provides comprehensive administrative support, managing the CIO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling travel logistics. This role involves managing high-priority projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring operational efficiency within the IT department. The assistant prepares meeting materials, takes minutes, and follows up on action items, while also helping to oversee the department's budget and financial processes. Acting as a liaison between the CIO and key internal and external stakeholders, the Executive Assistant ensures clear communication and handles sensitive information with discretion. Additionally, the role includes organizing events, supervising junior staff, and optimizing administrative processes to support the CIO’s initiatives and overall IT operations. As with everyone on the ET team, this role has core responsibilities that include an intentional focus on inclusion and belonging, culture, and communications. Education
