It's up to you to make it happen.What's the role?At Bloomberg Finance we are committed to providing extraordinary support to our business partners by providing data driven insights on business performance, financial oversight and thought leadership.The Corporate FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Finance Transformation delivers various FP&A process re-engineering solutions to ensure better management reporting, financial analysis, & decision support to the senior decision makers at the firm.We'll trust you to:Investigate and analyze current FP&A process such as the Capital and Allocation process and implement process changeBe curious in the data and ensure the appropriate integrity in all processesSolution reporting transformation ideas and execute cross-functionally (Finance IT Team, etc.)Assume a lead role in working with various project teams within FP&APropose processes to be re-engineered and drive those efforts to completionIndependently handle conversations with the Business Finance team and other senior stakeholders throughout the organization
