Job Description
In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with global and regional leadership teams of BCG Platinion (PLA), a specialty business unit within BCG’s Tech and Digital Advantage (TDA) practice area. You will partner with regional and global HR, People, Recruiting, and Compensation teams to support ongoing operations and evolution in people models alongside BCG’s evolving digital strategy. You will take the lead shaping BCG Platinion’s global talent strategy, tying together strategic priorities from regions, TDA and other parts of BCG.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Strategic people planningLiaise between regional BCG Platinion HR leads to drive coordinated people strategyDevelop proposals on new initiatives related to the EVP, compensation, career paths, titles and other people topics to bring to leadership team for input and approvalTake a lead role in ensuring Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) objectives are met across the globe
