Position Responsibilities:Creates culture that enhances productivity, safety and a teaming environmentWorks cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvementEnsure LOTO book, kit and LOTO equipment are used correctly and inventoriedCoordinates with Lead/Manager on execution and critical path of production buildAdditional responsibilities Included but not limited to:Supervising Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)Review current LOTOsCoordinating hazardous energy workHand off or end-of-shift activitiesAbnormal circumstance responsesListed below are additional responsibilitiesVerifies Aircraft power can be safely provided to the airplane.Inventory LOTO Kits Pre and Post shiftSign into all LOTOsRemove any LOTOs from the book as requiredThe GC meets with the work team to evaluate where hazardous energy is to be introducedCoordinating with Functional Test SMEs and ME’sIf work continues – coordinate hand-off with the next GC
