Job Description:Job SummaryThe Senior Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the College Outreach teams, including Marketing & Communication, Web, and Careers & Undergraduate Recruitment. With a dedicated focus on the Undergraduate Student Recruitment team within the College of Liberal Arts, this position operates at a half-time capacity. Serving as an indispensable member of the team, the senior administrative assistant facilitates the development, coordination, and execution of various events, activities, and presentations. In collaboration with the College Outreach and Undergraduate Student Recruitment efforts, the primary goal is to attract a diverse pool of well-prepared students to the College of Liberal Arts. Additionally, this role assists students in exploring career pathways, ensuring they are equipped for a successful transition from college to professional life. Furthermore, the Senior Administrative Assistant assists with promoting the narrative of Liberal Arts at Purdue University. An essential aspect of this role involves providing functional supervision to student workers, further enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the team. The starting wage for this position is $20.00/hrDuties and Responsibilities:
