Job Description

Job Summary:The ideal candidate will lead the planning and execution of projects that involve manufacturing engineering practices. They will be responsible for driving improvements in engineering designs, manufacturing processes, systems integration, and software applications. This role involves approving supporting processes and documentation, providing consultation and training on procedures, developing advanced manufacturing technology, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and process requirements. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is crucial for success in this position. Responsibilities:Lead the planning and execution of projects requiring manufacturing engineering practicesDrive improvements in engineering designs, manufacturing processes, systems integration, and software applicationsApprove supporting processes and related documentationProvide consultation and training on procedures and processes related to engineering and productionDevelop advanced manufacturing technology and guide its implementation into productionLead technical and administrative activities to meet regulatory, production, and process requirementsCommunicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services meet requirementsWork under minimal direction
