Job Description
The Global Partner Marketing (GPM) Staff Specialist for Compute platforms will play a crucial role in developing, tracking and executing MDF (market development funds) GTM and co-marketing programs. The role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for marketing, strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. In this critical role, the Global Partner Marketing Staff Specialist will help manage OEM/partner marketing activities and assets to drive best-in-class customer service and support. Job responsibilities:Collaborate with OEM GPM and GTM Leads to strengthen and grow relationships with major compute OEMs. Work to understand OEM/partner needs, business drivers, marketing approach and develop the programs and tools to help meet those needs.Support MDF program management including internal management, coordination, tracking and reporting. Manage and drive quarterly meetings to track and manage spend.Campaign Management: Plan, execute and monitor partner engagement planning and implementation for Qualcomm-owned events and industry tradeshows.Event Coordination: Support partner device launches and GTM programs such as events, PR, social/digital, channel and 360-degree programs.Work with Qualcomm regional teams in management and execution of OEM/partner marketing initiatives and GTM programs.Develop and drive reporting from regions on activities, events and campaigns on monthly basis
Responsibilities + Skills
BA or BS preferably in marketing or business. Qualcomm knowledge a plus. Experience in consumer electronics, mobile communications, retail/wholesale marketing, brand communication and/or advertising experience a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
