Job Description
The Business EntityCisco’s Commercial Offers and Licensing Experience (COLx), is responsible for transforming Cisco's software and solutions business; including driving new offers, solutions, buying programs, companywide policies, and business capabilities for use across all Cisco product lines and markets.The TeamThe Enterprise Agreement (EA) Program team within COLx, crafts and supports high value Software buying programs that are highly groundbreaking and are driving increased value into Cisco’s long term customer relationships. In support of our programs, the team establishes strategy, policy, process design and defines business requirements for the enterprise Software buying programs. The team is also helping to inspire change within Cisco across all aspects of the offer lifecycle including purchasing, fulfillment, accounting, sales, compensation, development, and other customer lifecycle activities. A standardized but evolving monetization framework underpins this work, with other COLx teams that work closely with the separate Cisco Business Entities to align their product offers, services and pricing, the corporate policy team, IT, Operations, Legal and Tax organizations across the company.

Education
Experience gathering structured customer feedbackStrong analytical, design and documentation skills.
Experience
Experience with Buying program strategy and design, translating design to operational requirements, policy definition and lifecycle and roadmap management.Thorough knowledge of software business dynamics and software buying models.Understanding of Aglile operational process.A plus if you have:
