Job Description
Qualcomm is looking a Director of Consumer GTM Strategy for the Snapdragon Compute Business Unit to help drive the global consumer strategy for the next generation of PCs across Consumer channels. As the Global Compute Consumer Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy in partnership with the channel sales and marketing teams and identify new opportunities and growth strategies to drive revenue and grow share. The role involves partnering closely with product, marketing, sales, and channel teams to drive sales strategy and execution. In addition to internal stakeholders, the role requires deep engagement with OEM Consumer sales and with the top retail partners and Microsoft. Responsibilities:Own the consumer Global and Regional assortment plan across Compute offerings.Collaborate with sales to build channel account plans with top retail partners, track progress, identify and address gaps to land a successful portfolio of devices in the market.Own and drive channel analytics for the Compute segment feeding high-value insights into product strategy, leadership meetings as well as customer discussions.Building pipeline, reviewing pipeline, and forecasting as well as providing additional required support in assisting channel teams.The role also includes participating in ad hoc projects that are focused on the strategic growth of the business by identifying key insights from data, competitive environment, industry trends, and operating metrics.The role also involves managing relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and sales sharing best practices, and being the voice from channel sales teams.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Deep expertise and understanding of the Consumer Retail and GTM motion for PC OEMs. Intimate knowledge of the partner and customer engagement model, timelines and decision points to help align, intercept and influence decisions to assort and sell through a winning Windows on Snapdragon portfolio.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.8+ years of Product Management or related work experience.Preferred Qualifications:
