Job SummaryThis position leads the activation of the Purdue in Indianapolis site located at High Alpha on Massachusetts Avenue in the Bottleworks District. This is a customer focused position responsible for optimizing and maximizing the relationship between Purdue University and High Alpha to generate space utilization opportunities aligned with the partnership purpose. This includes space management, office management and event coordination duties to ensure space is fully utilized in an organized manner delivering positive customer experiences. This position is an integral member of the Administrative Operations Purdue in Indianapolis team working with executives in a fast-paced environment focused on activating and managing Purdue’s 8,000 sq ft location at High Alpha Studios. Accountable for the coordination and delivery of a variety of duties that directly impact Administrative Operations’ and Purdue's public image and reputation. The Space Manager and Event Coordinator reports directly to Purdue’s Vice President for Auxiliary Services and will work closely with the High Alpha Office Coordinator.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Bachelors degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferredMinimum of four (4) years of experience in business development, property management, office management, facilities use, administrative support, event planning, or related experience
