Procurement Agent (Associate)

Job Description

The Boeing Order Management and Procurement team is seeking a Procurement Agent (Associate) . This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services BGS Supply Chain - Long Term Contracting. This position will support our Order Management team. The Order Management team creates and develops request for proposals based on a set of requirements, solicits the supply base for compliant proposals, negotiates acquisition costs and ensures on time delivery of aerospace hardware. This team is also responsible for order placement, adjustments and cancellations as required to support the business. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Dallas, TX. Position Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required.Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.

Experience

Less than 2 years of experience in Negotiations.Less than 2 years of experience working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines.Able to travel 10% of the time.
