Job Description
The Project Manager will report to the Director of Program Support & Technical Services PSTS. The Project Manager shall support the Director and be directly responsible for ensuring that delegated projects adhere to the authorized scope, schedule, and budget parameters. The Project Manager will provide expert-level day-to-day management and leadership for projects and program development including but not limited to, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, project scheduling, commissioning, building activation, Division 1 Standards, project controls (Facilities Playbook & Trimble integration), contractor and consultant parking and other Facilities driven initiatives. The Project Manager will work directly with Sr. Directors, Directors and Associate Directors in Facilities responsible for development and delivery of Capital Programs. This position will be responsible for development and tracking of the overall PSTS budget and will collaborate directly with Finance and reporting to the Director of PSTS. This position will work directly with program vendors and be responsible for managing the Program Management Support Services consultants.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Proven ability with complex planning, design, and construction programs. Significant construction administration or construction management experience for multiple and complex projects. Knowledge of electrical, utility or thermal energy systems design, operation and construction.
