Job Description

As the Public Sector Contracts Director at BCG, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our North American Public Sector contracts portfolio, with a strong focus on US Federal Government contracts. Your responsibilities will include management of BCGs contracts and subcontracts teams, providing advanced pricing and transaction support, and maintaining a strong liaison with the Legal department to ensure robust compliance with acquisition regulations and other requirements. You, as an expert in contracting with the U.S. Federal Government, will serve as an advisor to BCGs senior leadership on a range of complex acquisition matters and will report directly to BCG Federals Business Management Senior Director.This director-level role is designed for a visionary leader who can not only manage the day-to-day operations but also inspire and develop a team to achieve excellence in Public Sector contracting and become a source of strategic competitive advantage to win work for BCG. As such, your role will be heavily focused on people development. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of contracts, subcontracts, and pricing professionals, ensuring they are aligned with BCG's strategic objectives and values. By fostering a collaborative, efficient, and highly effective team environment, you will enhance team performance and drive professional growth. This will include delegating tasks, balancing workload across the team, and facilitating cross-functional initiatives with other departments.
