General Summary:The Platform Solutions Ecosystem (PSE) team is the partnerships and developer product management arm of the Handset Business Unit at Qualcomm. We work with businesses of all sizes, from startups to leading application developers and independent software and hardware vendors to build compelling and often industry-first use cases and partner solutions for our customers.The team is hiring a Sr Product Manager to help drive the next phase of our growth. The successful candidate will 1) hunt for partners in new geography, technology or use case segments, 2) nurture and grow existing partnerships, and 3) help define and bring to market new software products such as SDKs, frameworks or tools that accelerate the adoption of innovative partner solutions within our customer base.The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with external parties (such as partners, customers, developers etc.) and internal stakeholders (regional BD leads, engineering, product managers, program managers etc.) to fulfil their role. The successful candidate must be able to quickly establish trust, build collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders and get up to speed on internal processes.Key responsibilities include:

Education
Experience
6+ years experience as a product-oriented engineer or developer, or a technically savvy business developer2+ years of working in a large matrixed organization.BS in Engineering, Math or related field required.
