Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Vice President for New Haven Affairs and University Properties in collaboration with the Director of the Education Studies Program, the Teacher Residency Program Director will oversee Yale's role in developing the fellowship program. While the master’s degree program will be pursued at SCSU, the Director will spearhead the launch of the fellowship, manage recruitment efforts, coordinate with partners, and provide Yale-based support for fellows and New Haven teachers.The Director will provide leadership, program administration, and team supervision, and will build collaborations with community partners. This multifaceted role combines teacher development, community engagement, project management, and leadership in higher education.
