Responsibilities + Skills

Proficient in supporting computer hardware and software (Both Mac and Windows) in a moderately complex environment.Familiarity with computer security software & concepts (anti-malware, firewalls etc.). Knowledge of TCP/IP and Wi-Fi connectivity and configuration.

Education

Bachelors degree; up to 2 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
