The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position SummaryThe Administrative Research Coordinator (ARC) will provide support to the Perinatal Research Consortium (PRC) Operations. The ideal candidate will assist in the coordination, development, planning, and implementation of all aspects for the Consortium as assigned by the Program Manager. ResponsibilitiesAssist in coordinating meetings, organizing, and dispersing documents to the 10-14 participating PRC sites.Support the PRC Site Coordinators to ensure all responses are received by the deadline.Responsible for tracking and reviewing invoices for accuracy, entering payment items into a payment system, and ensuring all invoices are received from sites in a timely manner.Assist in the handling of regulatory documents including organizing, filing, and tracking for all sites.Assist in scheduling calls and documents for the PRC committees including the finance, strategic growth, trainee grant, etc.Communicate with all of the Consortium site staff (10-14 sites) and send updates on a regular basis.Interface with various departments such as Institutional Review Board (IRB), Clinical Trials Office, Information Technology and others as needed.Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.

Education
Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent in education and experience.Complete proficiency in written and spoken English.Self-directed and able to make independent decision within the parameters of all federal, state, institutional and departmental guidelines.
