Job Description

RISE for Business is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as the B2B Sales and Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving RISE for Business learner acquisition outcomes and KPIs. Your responsibilities will include the following:Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client accounts, business stakeholders and sponsors from both big enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises)Serve as a lead point of contact for all client account management matters, delivering exceptional client serviceDevelop new business and build a pipeline of leads to meet company objectivesCoordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive client satisfactionCollect regular feedback on client needs, challenges and objectives, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve partnershipProactively identify cross/-sell/up-sell business opportunities from existing client portfolio, delivering monthly and annual targets

Responsibilities + Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, process-disciplined and maturity to represent BCG brandExperience in the account management of local SMEs, or sales of products/services to local SMEs, with a strong understanding of local SMEs unique needs and challenges

Education

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
