WHAT YOU'LL DO1. Reporting to the Program Lead, an AC is responsible for both online and offline customer acquisition to nurture potential leads into a customer2. Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students through various channels – phone, video calls, chat and in person events3. Own targets and manage a robust pipeline of prospective student in HubSpot to achieve measurable results against a range of funnel management and activity metrics.4. Continuously learn and master the course catalogue through training and independent research to offer the best enrolment experience to prospective students5. Facilitate eligible candidate’s enrolment journey which includes processing of online registration, identity verification, screening for suited track and ensuring online payment transactions prior to the start of class6. Ensure accuracy and validity during enrolment by conducting documents and contracts checks throughout enrolment process
Responsibilities + Skills
7. Experience in administrative roles (Comfortable with Excel functions and have experience with a CRM software)8. Business background (e.g.: Diploma, Degree, relevant industry experience) preferred
Education
3. Ability to understand an individuals wants and needs to offer a logical solution4. Minimum of 2 years in consultative sales, consumer sales or admissions/ recruiting
